UK Customers

United Kingdom DHL Express: Free of Charge

Please allow up to one week for delivery of the order being placed unless an item is on pre-order.

International Customers

DHL Express International: £30.00

Please allow one week for delivery of the order being placed unless an item is on pre-order.


If you are not satisfied with your Louisa Parris purchase you can return your item for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We are no longer able to offer exchanges. Please request a return as above and place a new order. If you used an offer code, contact info@louisaparris.com and a new code can be generated to use in your replacement order.

If you are intending to make a return, we kindly ask that you provide a notification via email to info@louisaparris.com, making sure to include your order number and reason for return and if there are any discrepancies in your order. We will then provide you with a DHL return label to attach to your parcel. For orders being returned from outside of the UK, we will also send you a commercial invoice to include in your return.

You then have 14 days in which to return your purchase. Our refunds policy applies to all online sales of garments, which must be in immaculate ‘as-sold’ condition with the labels attached and in their linen or silk bags bags.

Return shipment costs are free of charge to all customers, both in the UK and internationally. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less original shipping costs, once we receive your return package.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout by Zonos software, and must be prepaid at checkout on all non-UK orders.
